Kenan Serhat BÜYÜKAY

Attorney Kenan Serhat BÜYÜKAY brings professional experience from Türkiye and the United States to citizenship and immigration law, as well as to commercial law and several areas of international law, advising and representing Turkish and international clients.

Education

Graduated from the Faculty of Law of Istanbul Medipol University in 2021. Completed an LL.M. at the University of Minnesota Law School in 2025, focusing on international law, immigration law and international energy law. Sat the New York Bar Examination in July 2026.

International experience

Worked in immigration law at law firms in Minnesota, New Jersey and California, taking part in investment-based immigration (EB-5) petitions and in litigation before federal courts.
